RFP# 20-20-3 Large Lift Station Cleaning

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m. CST Wednesday, December 9, 2020.  RFP responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as stated in Section 1.4 of the RFP documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFP response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read.  Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening have passed.

Each Proposal must be sealed. The outside of the envelope, box, or package should be marked with the Proposer’s Name and Address, the Proposal Name, the RFP #, and the Proposal Opening Date.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. CST/CDT on Thursday, November 19, at the Environmental Services Office located at 21454 Koop Dr. Build. B, Mandeville, LA., 70471. Site visits to both locations will take place.

Registrar of Voters Public Service Announcement: Close of Books

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

 

M. Dwayne Wall, Registrar of Voters, announces the last day to register to vote in-person for the December 5, 2020 General Election is Wednesday, November 4, 2020Xổ số miền bắc.  Anyone interested in registering to vote in person will need Identification with a parish address.  Office hours on that day will be 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The Slidell Office will be closed for lunch from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.  If registering to vote online through Geaux Vote Online Registration, the last day is Saturday, November 14, 2020.  The Covington office is located at 601 N. Jefferson Ave., and the Slidell Office is located at 520 Old Spanish Trail Suit 2F.  In addition, all mail registration applications must be received or postmarked by November 4, 2020.
